Flight 1266 Sept 1969
Looking for guys from that flight for a 40th reunion around August of this year Remember when Sgt Burton closed all the windows in the barracks and made everyone get on their hands and knees and squeel like pigs because the barracks was dirty!

Note: You know, it was a different time back then.....
BMT 3704 - 1025 Aug 1957
Just another "rainbow" here ! TI was A/2nd
MIller, hated filling his A/C unit in his room. Never experienced heat like Texas has.
Did a month, then up to Sheppard for Recip Eng. Mech. school. Ended up at Hickam in the 1502nd FLMS for 3 years. Got out in Feb '61. Enjoyed my 3-1/2 years and would do it again. NOTE - hang in there, they are 18 months behind getting photos on-line.

I enlisted in March of 1963. My DI's were S/Sgt Robert Olding, A1c Robert Tenbrook and A1c Anderson. I am looking for any photos of the flight and the location on the Lackland AFB map. As I remember, my barracks was located across a PT field next to OTS.

3701 BMTS Honor Flight 104. We were all a bunch of "Dummits" according to Tsgt. VinDick! When we were awarded Honor Flight, he gave us a whole 30 minute Base Liberty!!! What a nice guy. Hope someone can find our photo and post it. Lots of good memories!!!
Greetings from Flight 882 3708 BMTS 1971
Greetings to LT Timothy Drayden and Tech Sgt Gilbert Jones . It was hot as hell but the air conditioning in those large yellow buildings was wonderful. Israel now has the worlds largest dog school. The world has changed .

Three phrases I will never get out of my mind.
"Walk, don't run, use the handrails"
"I do not think so Airman"
"Daddy's home, and he wants to play"
BMT was something I was glad to get over with, but will have a lifetime of memories to reflect back on.
